Kiddo.earth overseas shopping notice

1. Payment
Pay by credit card.
(We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, JCB Card, and all orders charged with New Taiwan Dollar. To the currency exchange rate service fees, and all other additional expense the bank issuing would charge to customers).

2. Delivery and Freight
We use【SF Express】 & 【Chunghwa Post International Mail】delivery, depends on your location. The system will calculate the shipping costs automatically according to the total weight of the order.

3. Shipping days
Please allow up to 3-7 days to process your order. (not including weekends or Taiwan holidays). Once the order has been confirmed, then the order will be shipped with a tracking number.
Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control.

4. International duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside of the Taiwan may be subject to duties or VAT. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the original shipping fees and any customs, import duties.

5. Others
> We will not accept to modify your order while it's being paid.  If you'd like to modify your order's items or your shipment method, please cancel your order first, then re-place a new order instead.

> If an international parcel delivered unsuccessfully and has to be returned back to Kiddo.earth., we will charge back and forth postages from overseas' customers, and return back your order's amount.

> Overseas orders cannot ship liquid products.

> In case of disputes, Kiddo.earth reserves the right to make the final decision and explain the regulations.
